The carpet was filthy, the bedside lights did not work.The complimentary breakfast was pathetic.

The pool was filthy with garbage floating in it. The chairs by the pool were falling apart and unsafe . Most importantly the staff were rude and gave exceptionally poor service. They were not helpful at all acted as though they did not care, argued with me about my extended pre-arranged stay,telling me I did not have reservations and finally found me and let me stay.

When I went to check out, the gentleman instead of asking about my stay, asked me, "Are you pleasant?" and only then told me I was able to check out.

I can't believe that I paid to stay there.Horrible!!!!!!

Review about: Days Inn Room.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Horable customer service, Attitude of staff, Room quality problems and poor customer service.
