I have a reservation with Daysinn, 504 ross drive, Sunnyvale, ca 94089. for 4 weeks starting Aug/15/2015. Since last on week the hot water is not provided in our room and many other rooms and THE OWNER IS IRRESPONSIBLE PERSON asking customers not to complain despite of charging us fully.

There is a lady called APRIL who was very helpful and skillful and I only could find her responsible out of all staffs over there.

THE OWNER IS MAKING THE ENTIRE DAYS INN GROUP FEEL ASSHAMED BY HIS WORST SERVICE TO THE GUESTS.

WASHER WONT WORK, NO POLITE RESPONSE FROM FRONT DESK.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with april was able to serve better in front desk and stated that there is a room for improvement of no hot water. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of days inn room and associated monetary loss in the amount of $1000. Days Inn needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
