It was not even there 11 hours, and it was on the back of a tow truck being towed away. Very, very unorganized manager that is horrible.

Will not call you back, will not talk to you. He is horrible.

NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Website LIES. The pictures look NOTHING like the property. I was in room 144.

No access to lobby. You have to stand outside in front of a makeshift frosted window to check in or out.

They asked me if I had a pet SIX times. Then said because we have cameras we'll see you. Finally got to the room first thing I saw was a cockroach crawling in the bathtub. Toilet handle was broken hanging off the tank no smoke detector whatsoever painters tape over where it should have been.

Tub was dirty with cigarette burns on the side cigarette burns in the lampshade on the wall spelled musty weird smell coming from AC.. The walls were white but they were filthy with what looked like possibly coffee splashed on it. Remember when I said earlier they asked if we had pets six times well the room above us three doors over had a dog that was barking constantly. When I complained about it they said it was the resident maintenance man and he had a dog.

There is no breakfast no pool as I said you can't even get into the lobby.

No microwave no refrigerator. 6:00 in the morning the people next door to us started slamming doors every 2 minutes and then they went outside and started screaming and yelling and fighting at the top of their lungs for almost 40 minutes before the guy took off quickly in his car. When I told the front desk about it they just said oh you should have told us we would have sent somebody up there. Make sure you say something if it happens next time.

There will not be a next time because I'd rather sleep on a park bench than ever stay there again. I cannot see why this place has not been condemned how is it open??? I have tried to upload a video. The site won't allow it.

PS Yes I went and asked for a refund, they refused.

Talk me if I didn't like it I could leave but they were not getting a refund. I did get my $40 deposit back.

There were cockroaches in our room so we decided to stay elsewhere. I tried speaking with the manager and she’s proceeded to tell at me and tell me I must be the one who brought the cockroaches.

We stayed there for 2 nights before we decided we had to go. Several cockroaches were in our fridge and room.

We had no food in the room. Rude manager at the mckinney texas location told me i must have brought the cockroaches into the room myself after yelling at me over the phone. I asked for a refund of the night we didnt stay there after we left. And she refused to help.

I will be going to corporate. Must nasty room ive even stayed in.

I stayed last night at the Days Inn In Vernon Connecticut and encountered bed bugs we have pictures to show and the person at the desk only gave back $45.00 but charged $120.00. Also said if we paid cash it was 3 % cheaper. I am wondering was if we paid credit card I could have canceled!

Take photos before and after you leave. Take photos after they enter your room and check the towels.

The lady in front of me while checking out was highly upset and told me they charged her for towels, and she said she never even used the towels because she brought her own, and she said the place was dirty. So, it wasn't just me. They gave her cash back before she walked out. Then charged me for towels after I got home.

When I turned in the keys, he said I was good. I get home and see these extra charges. They charge for towels you never had. They enter your room when you're out.

Rooms are dirty; we tried scrubbing the shower before getting in, but it wasn't coming clean. Floors were dirty; our feet were sandy and black. The rooms smelled; both rooms were the same, so it wasn't a random room not cleaned well. Also, I rented this room for the pool, and the pool was dirty, so we couldn't use it.

The lady at the front was having issues and huffing and puffing while checking in. I paid $308.15 online through booking.com. When I went to check out, he said I was okay and waved his hand, telling me I could leave. When I got home, I saw a charge for $40 pop up.

I called and spoke to a man; he said it was for towels. But we didn't have 3 towels like he was arguing. They only brought in 2 towels. While we were out of the room, they came in and replaced the towels.

They didn't make the beds; they just took old towels and replaced them with new towels, and this is how they get you. While on the phone with him, he hung up the phone on me. I then went into my bank statement and saw the $40 charge along with two charges for $26.57 and another charge for $127.50.

So they charged me a total of $528.79. I want the $220.64 refunded back to my credit card.

This is a public forum, so you have people from other countries who don't speak great English and can barely read any, just posting random nonsense in response to people's complaints. If I were you, I would go ahead and dispute these nonsense charges with my bank, because I doubt this owner is going to refund you. I'd also leave the appropriate google, yelp and tripadvisor reviews.

I am a Wyndham hotels reward member and my issue is with whyndham hotels customer service and rewards services no one has helped me and issue hasn’t been resolved stayed at the hotel for two nights using no points and didn’t recieve the 7500 more points I was supposed to for their promo they are running right now I even called corporate they didn’t do anything about it and nothing has been done

I checked in at days inn in Milwaukee left 39 minutes after my going into my room the bed was full of bed bugs the room and entire floor reaked of marijuana along with the front desk and the man at the front desk was high as a kite eyes were blood shot red when I told him the problem he didnt offer to do anything about it just said I can refund you your incidentals sorry and that was that then I had to leave and had to go to a motel and spend another $140 for another room I called to complain and they said the manager wasnt there and said they would have the manager call me, manager never did, then I submitted a complaint online through Wyndhams site the manager from days inn sent me an email offering me a 30% discount for a stay at the same hotel so I called and the manager answered he was rude wouldnt let me speak called me a liar and then said well if you want to argue I wont offer you anything so I asked for the corporate number or his bosses number he said I am the boss Im a private owner I make the decisions so you get nothing and hung up on me I called wyndhams customer service line they ended up adding 7500 points to an account which was my ex husbands account so I had to call back and after 4 hours they put it on the right account finally then ten minutes later I looked and they took 4500 points away so I had to call back and for two hours I got transferred back and forth between rewards department and customer service department after two hours and the last transfer to another department I was talking to an agent and then the line went silent for 15 minutes I kept saying hello hello? And no one responded but the call was still going so I hung up and it still wasnt resolved I called corporate number I found on this website and all he did was take the reference number and then submit something to the rewards department stating Im missing the 4500 points then tells me please allow a few days for this to be resolved!

This is rediculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life and then I said I felt I should be a little more compensated after Al if this and he said no you will get compensated for the night you left days inn thats terrible and wrong!

And everyone needs to know this. I am so angry and upset and frustrated to the point where its affecting my severe anxiety and artery disease my blood pressure and heart rate were through the roof and I broke out in hives and I almost went to the hospital but thankfully I didnt have to and now again I am going through it today I needed to use the points to go stay in Sheboygan because my uncle has cancer and is in the hospital I am a single mother of four and unfortunately do not have the money for a room today so thanks to Wyndham we will not see my uncle and he may possibly die I feel I deserve at a minimum two nights free at any Wyndham hotel

Worst stay ever

After being a Wyndham member, I stayed at the Days Inn for three weeks while waiting for my house to be completed. In those three weeks, the housekeeping only came three times and only took out the trash and made the bed; they didn't clean at all.

There were roaches in the breakfast area, and the room was so dirty it turned my socks black. There was *** in the pool, and the service was poor.

Rude employee and nasty facility

I called the front desk and they told me to call back at 8 AM that the manager will be there so when I call back at 8 AM, the lady Maria was giving me attitude so I had came to the front desk and she got smart with me telling me I shouldve told them the night before and that she cant help me and I told her that she was being rude. Can I get a manager phone number or a customer service phone number and she got slick with me again and told me to find it on my own.

The place was so nasty. My tub had a dirt ring around it. I had no towels in my room. The room smell like cigarettes and mildew.

The pool area was so disgusting, black mold, and green mold all over the place. The towels was coming up off the floor kids running through the hallway all night. It was just a horrible day. I just wanted my money back and she was fighting with me and having problems like for no reason, I drove all the way from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

I use my sister address in Fargo North Dakota, where I used to stay and like I said she was giving me a hard time.

I didnt have a ride at that moment, or I wouldve checked out and told him that night, but I had no way to get back home. I really just want my money back if you guys can help me with that that would be great.

You are not entitled to a refund. Your actions have to match your level of displeasure.

Not be dependent on having a refund in-hand. You had a choice and you stayed.

No resolution .but my tire was flattened ( actually the stem was broken so air would leak out and the tire go flat.) I have to get a new tire. Coincidence???

My weekly rate of $359.57 suddenly jumped to charges like, $700 & 800.

The new manager, then cut weekly from seven to six days, so he can charge extra for the seventh day. When I attempted to show him the over charges, he tried to force me physically to sit and listen to him.

So he then, charged me some more extra!!!

The room gets flooded with the waste from the room above and nothing is done to fix this problem ..

I do not enjoy the smell of excrement and urine . Nor do I enjoy the fighting over the room charges both issues are ongoing.

Disappointment in the rooms that we stayed in

Hello, we checked in at the Days Inn oceanfront Wilbur and Orville Wright cottages at 201 north Virginia Dare trial and kill devil heels NC 27948

We stayed there for four nights the second night the room was never done nor was given the proper bathroom identities to use when we got there late while shopping until 11 oclock at night the beds were done garbage no towels that were clean floor was not swept no shampoo the tub was filthy And never touched. I requested the second night to be credited.

The manager only gave me $40 back unacceptable my phone number is 724-875-****. My name is Michael. Cecchetti . If I dont answer it, please leave a text so I could talk to you more in detail all I was asking if they were credit me one night the manager, which wasnt there, but the clerk said no I did go the next day and I spoke to the young lady at the front desk while she was talking to the manager and it sounded like actually she told me that they were going to credit me the last night.

The girl lied to me because when I came in the morning, they said theres no message here about giving you credit for one night very disappointed and thats all I was asking. Was Credit me for one night at first I was told they were then when I came in the checkout, they did not do the proper thing

Are you trying to say Kill Devil Hills? I hate to hear the bathroom were not given proper identities!

How traumatic for the bathrooms! You say the beds were too small, rooms to small, didn't have the amenities you needed, etc. Well, guess what?!

It's up to you to book a motel/hotel that fits your needs. You continued to stay there, it sounds like, based on your assumption you would just continue to get discounts and that is something adults shouldn't do.

Tomorrow will be my 4th day here. I am checking out in the morning.

Seems all the days in has an issue. I went to the days on DICKENSON rd on the 24th at about 10:30 p.m the manager refused to give me the online price of around $57. A night he just keeps raising & raising the price. He started cussing me out & screaming & shouting.

I wish you all can get the video. So I came to this Day's in 901 conference drive. Once I called about my complaint about not getting clean sheets, burning my hand. The bathroom sink water system is messed up the cold is on the hot side the hot is on the cold side.

I end up burning my hand. I was told 2 days ago they would look at it. They didn't. Once I called about my complaint yesterday.

I got back to my room about 11:30 p.m. I went to the office to pay for another day. The manger asked me did I call about a complaint. I said yes.

He said the sheets would be changed today. They wasn't. They were end & out of my room in less then 5 min cleaning around 8:30 a.m I paid to stay for 1 more day I had the online price. Seems I didn't get the online price.

Every time I go out to smoke the undercover security seems to come around the corner? So with days this week's I've been threatened by employees, gotten my hand burnt, employees mad because I want clean sheets. Not being able to take a bath. I will be checking out in the morning.

I learned even if you check in at 10 p.m your still charged a whole day.

Seems when you pay you don't get a receipt? Thanks.

The online price is the online price if you book online. Got it?

I’m sure your nasty mouth started running and that set the tone and lack of service for your stay. Yes, you checked in at 10:30pm, but your daily rate is for the overnight stay.

You never hear people complain that check-out is at 11am or why isn’t check-in earlier than 3pm. I guess you thought you were at one of your regular places with plastic sheets and by-the-hour rates.

I have been here for about 7 weeks and have payed about $3020.00 In that time frame I have had no microwave, a toilet that takes 17 times of flushing it to get the *** down and 4 weeks of renovation that kept me awake and aggravated from 9-6p every day with no one telling me before I paid every week!

When I spoke to the manager here he was rude and dismissive as he believed that they have given me a room that was nicer for the weekly rate? Where was my peace and quiet for those 4 weeks?

You have guys that can remodel a room but cant exchange a microwave? So the bar had been closed the whole time until 2 weeks ago and the gym has 2 machines and not a single weight. The laundry room washer only washes on cold and the dryer heating element is broken so it takes 3 times to dry your clothes!! This place has consistently ripped me off and I deserve at least a refund for the 4 weeks of construction or 4 weeks free to make up for it.

Also you should certainly fire the manager. He is the most nasty and rude person I have met In Sherman,TX! There are no amenitys for the price paid and the so called batter room doesnt even have a microwave to use? I have to walk all the way to the lobby and use that one.

Wow way to make it comfortable for the guests! Once I move to a more stable location you can bet that I will never stay at a windum hotel again and will certainly not recommend it to anyone else. I have 4 herniated discs and a fractured tail bone and was recommended by my doctor to find a nice relaxing place to heal and yet if I need food heated up I have to walk in pain for a long distance to get my needs met. Thank you so much for this awesome stay.

And the *** management! Oh and my shower water doesnt get past Luke warm?

Look if you stayed for the four weeks, then you should pay for the four weeks. This is a hotel not a homeless shelter.

If you cannot afford a hotel, stay in a shelter. If the noise was really that bad, you should have left in a day or two, a week tops. The face that you want the manager fired shows how DISGUSTING you are.

Just because you do not have a job does not mean that he should be fired. I bet the reason that you did not stay at a homeless shelter is because they will probably insist you do some work in exchange for your stay.
