Booked a room for my wife. Shes traveling by herself.

There was a bunch guys hanging out by her room drinking beer and her curtains wouldnt close. The room also smelled like *** She turned right around,when the huys left and checked out. I basically paid 125 dollars for nothing.

You need to do better if youre endorsing your brand. I give it 0 stars and expect you will to make it tight!!

Unfortunately I’m a unhappy person

Unfortunately Im a very unhappy customer at this point I think something needs fixing here have got say Im very unhappy with this room I got for the night at day inn for one the manager was really rude and disrespectful and told nothing but lie . when I showed up and walked in the days inn for one it smelled like some one was smoking weed and said something him he told me it wasnt his problem so then I ask him why he told me something different on the phone and then told me Priceline had to cancel my reservation because he couldnt cancel my reservation bc he didnt do the reservation Priceline did they had to do it so they was going to cancel the reservation and had to call the hotel before anything ao when Priceline called the hotel to cancel the reservations the own manager said no after tell me this over the phone he had no problem it and I need to call Priceline I did everything and nothing was done about him or anything he told me on the phone when I called to cancel the reservation bc of a mistake so now that Im here the place is the most nasty place I ever been in my life the bed and everything was so dirty the walls in the rooms were so filthy and the floors were dirty and everything else I am so disappointed at this point I cant believe any of this and how dirty the hole hotel was and how badly the manager was with me and how he acted so on this whole situation Im taking pictures of everything and will not stay in the room or any room here because this no place for someone I wouldnt even let dog stay a place like this like Im so upset about unhappy bc it so dirty and disgusting and unhealthy just unbelievable and unhappy with everything that something need to be done about this situation and everything i would really appreciate if someone could explain why this happened with the management and why they were acting and treating there customers like that thanks your unhappy customer and the service I received Charles bailey

He was correct in that Priceline had to be contacted in order to get the ball rolling with the cancellation, since that is who your reservation was made. But if they called him and asked him permission to cancel you and he said no, then it sounds like he just wanted to be a j erk. It may not do any good, but contest the charge with your bank and leave appropriate reviews.

Lawsuit or refund, your choice.

I have contacted you before about unlawfully selling me a room containing mold. It is illegal and dangerous to sell a room with mold, an organism that can cause a whole slew of health problems.

For that reason, my wife and I immediately turned back in our room key and left the premises. I contacted you multiple times and was completely ignored. Additionally, when I contacted Expedia, you refused to give me a refund through them. If this continues, I will be forced to get health services involved.

I would much prefer for you to simply give me a refund, or a refund for the second two days of my stay.

We can negotiate before we go to court. I don't want to do it, and neither do you, but I can't let this slide.

RESERVED A WEEK LONG STAY AT DAYS INN BY WYNDHAM OVER 4TH OF JULY WEEK FOR OUR FIRST EVER VACATION IN BOONVILLE MISSOURI MAIN REASON FOR PICKING THIS HOTEL WAS THE POOL FOR MY 10 YR OLD VERY AUTISTIC NON VERBAL SON. AT CHECK IN PAID FOR ENTIRE WEEK UPFRONT WITH CASH DIDN'T NOTICE THE SIGN ABOUT THE POOL BEING CLOSED UNTIL PARKING AND COMING INTO THE BUILDING FROM A DIFFERENT DOOR TO GO TO OUR ROOM FIRST WAS GIVEN THE WRONG ROOM # AND KEYS AND HAD TO GO BACK TO FRONT DESK TWICE TO BE TOLD I JUST WENT TO THE WRONG ROOM AFTER AGGRESSIVELY REMOVING THE ROOM KEY ENVELOPE FROM MY HANDS THAT THEY WROTE THE WRONG ROOM # ON AND THIS HOTEL WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HANDICAP ACCESS NOT TRUE AT ALL UP 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS AND DOWN 1 FLIGHT TO GET TO OUR ROOM NEXT MORNING AT BREAKFAST 2 MUFFINS WERE OUT AND WHEN I TALKED TO MANAGER ABOUT THE POOL DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN MY CASH I HAVE WORKED AT HOTELS FRONT DESK AND I KNEW CAUSE IT WAS A WEEKEND MY CASH WAS STILL THERE PROBABLY IN A ASAFE WHEN SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO LIE TO ME THEN AGREED TO TALK TO OWNER OF HOTEL AND I WAS RETURNED $360 OUT OF $500 CHARGED 140 FOR ONE NIGHT THE ROOMS WERE HORRIBLE MY SON HAD A MELTDOWN ABOUT THE POOL BEING CLOSED AND THE MANAGER TOLD ME SHE COULDN'T HANDLE HIM HAVING THIS MELTDOWN.

I TOOK EVERY MEASURE AT RESERVATION AND CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO WYNDHAM TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOTED ABOUT MY SON BEING AUTISTIC AND COULD VERY WELL IN A WEEK'S TIME HAVE MELTDOWNS THE DAY BEFORE OVER THE PHONE I WAS ASSURRED THE POOL WAS AVAILABLE CAUSE IT IS UP TO THE OWNER OF THE HOTEL TO MAKE SURE THE DETAILS OF THIER HOTEL ONLINE ARE ACCURATE AFTER RECEIVING MY REFUND THE OWNER WAS AT THE DESK AND WE REALIZED HE HAD BEEN THERE THE ENTIRE TIME WE SEEN HIM AND HE ACTUALLY LIVES ON SITE AT THE HOTEL.

SO THE NIGHT BEFORE AFTER CHECKING IN LIKE 10 MINUTES AFTER CHECKING IN WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK I WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT UNTIL MORNING TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AND WHEN I WALKED BACK TO MY ROOM THE OWNER WAS APPROACHING THE DESK AND I WASN'T QUIET ABOUT MY ISSUES AND CONCERNS OR WANTING MY MONEY RETURNED INSTEAD I WAS LIED TO AND CHARGED TWICE WHAT MY RESERVATION RATES STATED 2 WEEKS BEFORE ONLINE. I stayed in the Days Inn in Sturbridge, Massachusetts, on January 26, 2024 I was subjected to an unsanitary room that was also in there were blood stains on the floor and door of the bathroom. There are holes in the walls. They were unwilling to change My room and when I brought it to the attention of corporate.

They offered to give A miniscule amount of reward points.

I purchased our room using my aeroplan points. When I got to the hotel I noticed I lost my credit card.

They wouldnt use my husbands card for the deposit. So we lost 36000 points because this hotel wouldnt accept this. I couldnt get a hold of aeroplan to help. The hotel needed them to confirm to allow them to use his card.

We are travelling from Ontario Canada.

If our address match why couldnt we use his card. The counter person was extremely rude and was rude to people before and after us

I understand i booked the room at days inn in albany georgia through third party ... but i was stranded in storm last night i booked room with my last bit of cash i accidentally chose wrong check in time so when i show up i couldnt check in i asked if the check in time could be changed because no one else was in line for the room the desk clerk said no contact the booking agency i did they also said they couldn't change or refund anything to do with the booking of room i told them i was stranded in rain use last money to book and get dropped off by uber they said one second call the desk clerk at the motel all sudden they could do a refund which said they couldnt so they and the clerk said u can buy the room again.

Ill get the refund in 24 hours i explaind i didnt have the money thats why i booked third party it was 3am i said ill leave at seven am if u can arrange me stay i did pay but wrong check out time so that left me stranded in a severe storm outside and none was in line for the room at any time from tim i booked to the time i would have left...

i see tht your company does not care for human life or care to try and make arrangements to keep them safe even tho i brooked wrong time they left me in the cold storm without anything and i cant beleave thats how you train your staff to treat other life of humans i mean the room was paid. Nobody was in line from the tim i showed up to the booking tim i purchased so i will never use your corporation or recommend it to anyone and how i was treated i dont expect anything better for corporate cause ur staff was extremely un responsible now i got my refund and you got no money i only need a two hour stay i told the staff thanks and have a great day

Horrible experience

Days inn, Erie pa Power was out supposedly due to main break. Just came back on when we arrived.

Power went out 3 times while we were there. Room was nasty. Had ants. Under the chair was bug particles.

Shower curtain was all stained. Driveway was broken. Poorly maintained. Supposed pet friendly but made us stay in room with the dogs.

We couldnt leave. Hallways smelled horribly of marijuana. Room poorly cleaned. Doors to outside were not secured.

Anyone could come in or out.

Water was yellow. We were lied to.

A Days Inn in Kent, Washington, on 84th Ave, burst into my room and said they smelled smoke. They told me to move out immediately, and said I wasn't getting my deposit back.

They are outright crooks, because get this: I don't smoke. I've never smoked in my life, and I was the only one in the room.

They called the cops on me, but I waited because I was innocent and couldn't believe they could do this. The cops said I had to leave and advised me to take them to small claims court.

They billed me twice.

I stayed at the Days Inn for ten days in May. They billed me $761.60-144.28-102.08-244.16.

Then July 2nd they took another $244.16 out of my account.

I don't mind paying my bill, but to go ahead a month and a half later to charge my card another $244.16 is over kill on their part. And since I didn't authorize it I'm thinking it could also be illegal.

They charged me twice

I stayed at days in from May 15th to May 25th. I was charged $761.60-$144.28-102.08-$244.16 in May.

On July 2nd they charged my card another $244.16.

When I called them I was told I owed it. End of story.

I didn't owe it. And to charge a card a month later is shady.

No privacy

Hi I'm Denise Middleton I've always loved to stay at Days Inn no matter where I'm traveling to but I had an issue with the one in Shorter Alabama where I normally stay the house keeper didn't knock on the door and I wasn't and I wasn't dressed and he just open the door he said he's sorry so I told them about a rape issue I asked the clerk for a discount and she said no I'm a loyal customer this is not right

Poor service and no security

Waited over an hour to check in on 5/3, the room had a stained comforter that looked like blood. In room 302, there was food in the freezer, no soap, and the floor was dirty!

This hotel allows smoking and yet has a smoke alarm in the room. How stupid is that, okay.

We don't smoke either, your beds are hard as a wooden board. And housekeeping is understaffed! Your elevators are dirty and unsafe!

Anyone can gain access since it's outside. Your rating was a lie on Expedia and the room pictures.

Your management is a joke, they replaced our comforter with one that had 3 cigarette burns! I guess they felt as long as it was clean it was okay! Well it wasn't, and I made them give us another one!

They have a phone in their rooms that isn't connected and a clock! No security cameras at all! Remember, your chain is responsible for our safety, this is how lawsuits are won! Comfort Suites looks way better than Days Inn and they care about their guests!

I paid 316 dollars for a hotel that was just nasty! Come take a walk through, your company took the cheap way out when making this dive into a hotel Inn. This Days Inn deserves a one-star rating.

If the other hotels were not sold out, my family and I would have stayed somewhere else! I will be disputing this stay charge with my bank on Monday!

Customer complaint

I was subjected to a room with obvious physical damage, stained carpet, sketchy wifi, lack of local tv news, however the worst and unsanitary issue was the multiple blood stains on the bathroom floor and door. My opinion is that they are the epitome of condescending. Their lack of empathy is blinding by their unwillingness for honest dialog.
