When we arrived, I pulled the covers back on my bed only to see what appeared to be a dried blood stain.It was disgusting.

I called the front desk and the man said he would send housekeeping up. He sent a young guy up who was not in housekeeping and didn't know how to put sheets on so I had to help. I found out the guy at the front desk was the owner who could have cared less. I asked if I could change rooms and he said "no".

The blanket had numerous stains on it so we took that off and used the blanket in the closet.

The refrigerator also did not work.I would never stay there again!!

Monetary Loss: $130.
