Days Inn - DIDNT EVEN HAVE OUR ROOM WE PAID FOR
We booked a room four days in advance and paid for it by credit card.We arrived at the time we were supposed to and, to our complete astonishment, they told us straight up that they didn't have a room even though we reserved one.
What kind of hotel does this?!?! They were completely unapologetic and simply sent is down the street to this "sister hotel". Which was complete bull ***. It was some terrible run down motel that was not associated with Days Inn at all.
The Indian man at the front desk was apparently the managers brother. He charged us even though we already paid for the room at Days Inn. Looking back, I don't even believe that we put up with this. I was incredibly pissed, had a terrible nights sleep and Cheerios with gross milk at room temp.
I cannot even begin to describe how angry we were.I will never ever stay at another Days Inn and I WILL spread the word about their horrible staff and conduct.
