Decided since Days Inn is part of Wyndham Hotels that they must have been upgraded as I have been to a few Wyndham Hotels and they were nice. That is not the case.
We went to the Days Inn in Westminster, Maryland to stay during a visit with family. We checked in and got our key to the room. We went in and my husband was getting ready to go out as we were meeting family for dinner. I was looking around and the carpet was nasty.
There were food crumbs, lint, threads and other such stuff and it seemed as if the carpet could not have been vacuumed for several days or even weeks. We went to the front desk to ask for a housekeeper and were told they were gone for the day. I asked if there was anyone that could vacuum the carpet and was sarcastically informed by the clerk that she was the only one there and obviously she could not leave her post. She changed our room back we went and hauled all of our stuff out of one room and into the other.
At least that room was vacuumed. Will not go back.
