Book with Orbitz. Had a printout of the reservation for one room with 2 beds.

Called a day before we left to Days Inn. They confirmed the reservation and late checking at 01:00am Sunday. Got there with the kids after a long flight. NO ROOM.

just a one bed . Front counter said the folding beds are upstairs, she was lone, and could not get one for us. Told to try another hotel. Called Orbitz, they called the hotel, Days Inn stated call the Manager who is back on Wednesday.

Orbits as well as myself contact the manager. She blamed Orbitz for over booking the hotel. She would not refund my $93.88. Orbits contacted me stating the manager would not even let them send here the reservation confirmation.

Orbitz gave me a full refund. Emi or Ema, the Days Inn Manager you were rude, and uncaring.

We did get a room around the corner at the Best Western. No more Days Inn.
