I was told by the receptionist that I could park next to the door to unpack my car. Fifteen minutes later, the owner comes banging at my door telling me to "move my #!$!
ing car now and stop being an @$$&! This was in front of my two very small children. I went outside and asked him who he thought he was talking to me like that and he replied with spittle "I'm the owner and if you don't like it you can get off my property"...except with a few more expletive/ adjectives thrown in. He was Russian and I suppose that he has come to America to make his fame and fortune by screaming and cursing at his customers.
Anyhoo, I had to call the police because he was threatening me. The police said it wasn't the first time they had come to the Days Inn for a similar complaints (plural). I was refunded my money by his embarrassed wife and I suppose daughter.
Wonderful way to run a company! Keep up the good work...
