The cord to the floor lamp and n the room was worn and cracked I. Several places.
When my grandson touched the lamp it arched, burned a hole through his sock and left a small burn on his foot. I carried the lamp to the front desk and let them know what happened. This was on May 5, 2018. To date I have not heard from the manager to so much as check on how badly my grandson was burned.
I have contacted Wyndam corporate offices who stated they contacted the manager and advised her to reach out to me, but it hasn’t happened. Corporate has credited my account with points.
Had the manager even contacted me to check on the extent of his burn I wouldn’t have been so dis-satisfied. This is NOT how you treat your customers.
